Marketing Gallery & Clubhouse Tanari Serpong

Marketing Gallery Tanari is located in Gunung Sindur, Bogor, an area that is rapidly developing with the growth of new residential communities.

Designed as a commercial area and a shared community space, the project brings together a range of activities, from relaxing and enjoying the surroundings to staying active through running, cycling, and other recreational activities on weekends.

The Marketing Gallery Tanari occupies a 945 sqm site and consists of five single-story building masses connected by simple circulation paths, including ramps and corridors. The layout is carefully organized to maintain privacy for marketing gallery visitors while providing access to shared facilities for those who want to enjoy the area.

The two buildings at the front serve as the welcoming area, housing the marketing gallery, lounge, and office. From here, visitors are gradually introduced to the shared facilities, including a coffee shop, restaurant, swimming pool, and garden.

The overall development is designed as an open and comfortable place to enjoy throughout the day, whether for morning exercise, an afternoon break, or simply spending time outdoors. Together, these elements transform Tanari from a conventional commercial development into a new community destination for the growing neighborhood, bringing together commerce, leisure, and an active lifestyle in one place.
